- Rapulana Seiphemo involved in car accident
The Generations Legacy actor is said to be recovering well from surgery after being involved in a car accident last weekend, according to a family spokesperson, Mduduzi Mkakhane who spoke on the Expresso Morning Show on Wednesday.
Earlier this week, Generations assured fans that Seiphemo’s misfortune would not affect the storyline. You can read more about the accident on Sunday World’s website.

Mlotshwa will make her debut on the SABC 2 soapie tonight, playing the role of Nandi Khumalo, a fashion designer who moves to Hillside to design a men’s fashion range with Felicity.
The character – described as outgoing, confident, feisty and not afraid to speak her mind – will be at the centre of a love triangle that may result
in the show’s first relationship between a black person and a white person.

The DJ turned wine connoisseur made a record breaking sale of R1. 3 Million as a 2014 bottle of his Touch Warwick Cabernet Sauvignon became the highest bottle auctioned ever in the Cape Wine Auction‘s history.
The bottle now belongs to Entrepreneur, Sello Rasethaba.
4. #SAFTAs10 Nominees announced
Yesterday, the NFVF hosted a breakfast event to announce the 2016 South African Film and television Awards Nominees. The list can be viewed here.
ZA News: Puppet Nation leads with 11 nominations , followed by Those Who Can’t with nine noms. TV Movies RISE and Ingoma scored 8 noms each. Other noms include Saints and Sinners, Isibaya, Isidingo, Ashes to Ashes and the Feature Film Ayanda.
The winners will be revealed live at two star studded ceremonies which will be held at Midrand’s Gallagher Estate on Friday, March 18 2016 and Sunday, 20 March 2016.
Former winner of Best TV Presenter Golden Horn for 2015 and presenter of SABC 3’s Expresso Morning Show, Katlego Maboe will serve as the show’s host alongside Minnie Dlamini.
This will be the third award show that Dlamini is set to host this year.

6. AKA and Diamond Platinumz score over 200000 video views in a day
The #3RDWRLDBOSS heeded his fans calls for new music and dropped a surprise single on 12 February, titled Make Me Sing, featuring Diamond Platnumz.
The music video for the single was released on YouTube that evening and managed to rack up 200 000 views within a 24 hour period.
The music video is expected to hit a million views in 5 days and Supa Mega is doing the most to ensure he sets that record which will be a first for a South African artist.
