What started out as a few acts of kindness has now turned into a fully fledged bursary fund aimed at giving young women a helping hand as media personality, Bonang Matheba has teamed up with Boston Media House to give 10 young women the chance to get a tertiary education in 2017.
In an announcement on her social media channels earlier this week, Bonang called on all young women who are currently in matric or in possession of a matric certificate to apply and stand a chance to be selected as one of 10 of the first Bonang Matheba Bursary Fund participants.
How to Apply for the Bonang Matheba Bursary Fund:
1. Send a motivational letter (via e-mail) detailing how the bursary would change your life to email@example.com
2. Provide your full details (name, age, contact number and email address), attach a copy of your matric certificate and list your nearest Boston Media House branch. Don’t forget to let them know what you would like to study at BMH.
If you are currently in matric and therefore don’t have your matric certificate yet, attach a copy of your Grade 11 results (or your latest results if they are better).
Hurry girls! Entries close next week Tuesday, 20 September 2016.
